Our CPE is the production of acid phase (Acid-phase), compared to aqueous phase (Water-phase) production has the following advantages:
1, the removal of acid completely, no corrosion to equipment and rubber vulcanization pipe
2, do not need to neutralize the process, do not contain salt, so good electricity performance
3, lower Mooney viscosity, in about 95 (water general around 103), good processability, convenient rubber mix adjustment, the finished cable softer, a smoother surface, less addition of plasticizer
